Webmail tutorial for managing your website’s emails

For users who are using the cPanel service, Webmail is a powerful service for managing the website’s emails.

Through Webmail, you can view received emails and send emails.

In this tutorial, we intend to teach the method of sending emails through your custom domain.

All Itroz hosting plans include Webmail, and with this tutorial, you can easily manage it.

Webmail tutorial for managing your website’s emails

First, you must enter the Webmail page. This page is accessible via port 2095, and in most cases, you can simply add this port to the end of your domain to access Webmail.

Example: example.com:2095

If your hosting is Itroz, the Webmail address has been sent to you in the hosting information, and you can easily access this page.

Webmail

You can access Webmail through all operating systems and devices. You only need to enter your email address and its password.

As shown in the image below, you will see a page that provides general information about managing emails.

To view your emails, click on Open.

If you do not want this page to be displayed for you next time, you can check the option “Open my inbox when I login”.

Login to the Roundcube panel

Through this section, you can easily manage your emails.

To send an email, simply click on Compose.

To check received emails, go to Mail » Inbox.

The Webmail interface is similar to all other email services, and you can easily use it.
